File Usage in my Dataverse Capacity is way over the limit - how can I locate and delete unneeded records ?

Also how do I determine what is consuming the File Usage ?

Many Thanks,

Craig

    Hi Craig,

you can have more details about your consume in the administration of the power platform.

Go to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com --> Capacity under Resources --> Select Dataverse Tab --> Details
