It looks like the status for a purchase request may be incorrect. The items have been transferred into a P.O., yet the status still reads "Ready to Transfer to PO". How do we get the status to change to "Transferred to PO"?
Would I need to look into the Item Purchasing Options?
I do not think GP allows you to manually change the status for a purchase request is this correct?

Hopefully reconcile will work for you. Otherwise, you would need to work with your SQL DBA to update the PO Status.
No I did not so I will try to run that routine. Will running it update the pop table?
If that does not work, how would I go about updating the PO status in the pop10100 table? I have not done that before so any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Did you try Tools>Utilities>Purchasing>Reconcile Purchasing Documents?
if that doesn't work I've updated PO status in the pop10100 table.
PO Status:
1 – New
2 – Released
3 – Change Order
4 – Received
5 – Closed
6 – Cancelled
