How can I display or trace errors of the Dynamics CRM Portals (ADX) website? It shows a Runtime Error. A re-install if the solutions didn't work out, unfortunately. Both CRM and the Portal are cloud based.

Elowy, your only option at this time is to create a help desk case indicating the error id. The support team is able to track down the details in their telemetry and share it with you. Not a great option but all that is available at this time.
As far as I know there is no way to show the error at this time.
