Shopify Order NO. Error - Assistance Needed

I am encountering an issue with Shopify orders synchronizing to Business Central. Below are the details for troubleshooting:

Error message:
Sales Order No. must have a value in Shopify Order Header: Shopify Order Id=9716179435814. It cannot be zero or empty.

    Sorry I can't solve your problem directly. Just sharing some information.
    For Shopify related issues, I recommend sending them to the BC Yammer Group. There are Microsoft technicians there who should be able to help you solve the problem quickly.
