Business Analyser stopped working

When i launched Business Analyzer, it consumes more time to start and some times it gives the bellow message and get closed.

can any one faced this?

Please advise.

    once restarting Sql server services and repairing the Business Analyser, it launched fine and no more error.

    The cause of this issue is communication problem between your application and SQL. Restart your SQL sever services and reset Business Analyser setting then check again.
