Hi,

I was trying to install D365 Expense Management App but it is getting failed. Getting the following error:

You can follow the steps in this document to install the Expense Management App. Install and configure the Dynamics 365 expense management mobile app | Microsoft Learn
Also, in the documentation it is mentioned that virtual entities need to be refreshed. However, the virtual entity in the error message was not found among the virtual entities that need to be refreshed. Have you checked the data source configuration to see if it contains the entities in the prompt information. For information on configuring and enabling virtual entities, you can view this document.

Additionally, you can review the Expense Management mobile app FAQ and note that the Expense Management mobile app requires Dynamics 365 Finance version 10.0.37 - 10.0.1725.80 or higher.

Hi Hana,

Looking into it. Those virtual data entities are not even there to begin with.

Maybe something to do with versioning. Looking into it.

It was resolved after updating the D365 F&O Environment to version 10.0.38 (10.0.1777.115)
