Can someone please tell me what software needs to be installed in order to be able to use the functionality of Mailing Reports in GP2010 to PDF - from the Print Screen window. In other words, if a user prints a report to the screen and then clicks on the Send To button - they want to be able to e-mail the report in a PDF format.

My client does not want to have to spend a lot of money to install software like Adobe Writer.

Any advide will be greatly appreciated.

You need Adobe writer installed as this is a requirement for this feature. You can try another PDF writer but only Adobe is tested/supported.

Only works with Adobe...one trick is to set your default printer to any type of pdf writer print driver, then it will print to file automatically and then give you the option to print, email, save..etc. I use CutePDF.
