Users Imported from Azure AD with UPN instead if Email Address

Hi all,

when we import users from Azure AD, the user is created with the username+domain instead of the content of the filed "email from active directory. Sometimes the email address is different from the username, so the email address is wrong on Dynamics. It looks like the Import process is not reading the property "Email" from Azure AD, but taking the username and the domain.

Is there a way to change this? maybe edit the mapping in the import?

Best Regards,

Alberto Medina

I think UPN and email address are different. The email address listed in the CSV file should be imported during the import.
