Browse to the dictionary containing the newly modified report and select it as the Source Dictionary. Highlight the report you want to import from the list on the left and Insert it to the list on the right. When you have selected all of the reports you want, select the Import button. You have to select the reports one by one to import them.

    Hope this helps you!

    Kind regards,

Normally when you start modifying reports you never work on a shared reports dictionary while others are in GP or else you run the risk of currupting that dictionary. So you work locally and at the end of the day you can copy in one of two ways. 1) You copy using Windows Explorer from your local machine to your shared reports dictionary. 2) You can choose to export your reports out to a package file and then import into your shared reports dictionary. I have seen report dictionaries that work fine on one computer simply not work on another even if they are all on the same service pack. Since all creating a package file does is export out to a text file and then imports the definition back into a dictionary that is often the prefered method.
