NAV Rapidstart Contacts error "C/AL functions are limited..."

This error message :-

"The following C/AL functions are limited during write transactions because one or more tables will be locked. Form.RunModal is not allowed in write transactions. Codeunit.Run is allowed in write transactions only if the return value is not used. "

occurs when importing contacts using Rapidstart.

Any Suggestions?  I would be happy to supply the Excel file I am using (only 12 records as I am trying desperately to get the import to work and only using the 1st 6 contacts.)

    Hi Godfrey,

    Are you able to turn the debugger on while you are trying to import to find the code where the process breaks?
