Unable to Call Action from Workflow

Hi All,

I am unable to call the Action from Workflow. I created a simple Global custom Action with one Input and Output parameter after this i had activated this Action. To invoke this Action I created a workflow, but in the workflow steps, when we select Perform Action, System doesn't show my Action Name in dropdown?

    Hi

    I have had similar experience before, the following steps seemed to work for me most of the time. Could you please try them see if you are able to get you action listed in the PerformAction dropdown

    01. I would first make sure both Input and Output parameters are supported by Workflow designer - Things like Entity Collection is not supported by the designer but Entity Reference or other primary types are supported by designer

    .

    02. Deactivating, and then activating and doing a publish all worked sometimes and you could also try this few times if it still does not list your action, try restarting your browser or try on different browser sessions.

    if you are still not able to get your action listed, please share some screenshots of action (especially the parameter area) and of your workflow where you are trying to call this action

    Make sure input and output parameters are correct in Action.
