I need to know the while importing organization in the log i come across the below database table.
DBUpdateInstallInfo_V5.
Do anybody let me know what does this table meant for.

This table manages scripts that have been run against the database during updates - you should not need to touch it since it is internal and managed by deployment manager.
dbo.dbupdateinstallinfo is a table from MS Dynamics CRM 4
dbo.dbupdateinstallinfo_v5 is from Dynamics CRM 2011
