Can Dynamics CRM on premise link to Business Central SaaS?

A company is currently running Dynamics CRM on premise and Dynamics GP. They are looking at Business Central as a new option along with some other options. Can BC online connect with CRM on premise natively, or does a 3rd party integration tool need to be used?

Hello,

In BC Online and it also applies to BC OnPrem, you first need to connect to Dataverse which only lives in the cloud. It will be very hard to achieve this goal, to support it and to maintain it. We hardly allow connections without OAUTH2 authentication in BC Online.
