Integrating existing CRM accounts with Office365

Hello.

We are CRM 2011 and Office365 (formally as Exchange Online) users.  We started with Exchange Online,  added CRM 2011 as a separate service a year or so later, and are now Office365 users (E3 plan).

Anyone know the timeline as to when will our CRM 2011 subscription be integrated with our Office365 subscription?  Right now they are still separate.  Ideally I would like to federate our local AD with our hosted Microsoft services so everyone has one login/password for everything.

Thanks

Ed Fishman

One thing you can try is to create support a request through your admin portal in O365. You will at least get a response and often times making a little noise can help get you bumped up.
