Hi All,
Situation:
1) Previous configuration was Telephone system Estos is used to make outgoing calls from out of CRM. So when you click on the phonenumber in a CRM account the Estos software automatically is activated and the number is dailed.
2) The system setting of CRM was set on Select provider is Lync and this was working fine

3) Now the company decided to use Lync aswell for another project and the option as mentioned within 2 is not working anymore because instead of Estos, Lync is started when you click on a phone number.
Is there a way to get around this or do we need to make something when you click on a phonenumber a script is called to do the correct action (starting Estsos again)>??
