List of journal batches approved but not posted.

Does anyone know how we can get a list of journal batches that are approved through the workflow but not posted.

If posible this would include all journals such as cash receipts journal, payment jounal, general journal etc.

The users create journals and send them for approval. They can see their tile on the home page for the number pending approval. Once these are approved, they sometimes forget to go post the journals.
Is there a way to get a list to see what they need to go post?

Any ideas are welcome.

You can use the Approval Entries Page. This page will show all unposted documents/journals that are in the workflow queue. You can filter the Status field for Approved to only see approved entries so this will give you exactly what you need.

This page will be filtered to only show each user's own entries as either an approver or requester/sender, unless the user is set as an approval admin in the approval user setup page, in which case they will see all entries.

I remember you need to be an admin to view all requests including those by other users. otherwise you can only see your requests.

Hi, generally, only the following three pages can be confirmed in the standard functions. If you need additional functions, this needs to be customized.

Hi All,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to this post.

After review and testing, I think the filters on the approval entries should work.

I have tried to mark the check box for
