Hello:
We would like to create a "view/read only" role on the customer form (All Customers/CustTable).
Is there a quick way to do this from the front end of D365 F&O ( via Security Configuration)?

Hi,
It is advised to copy security configuration and to change over the copy and assign users.
Hi Paul,
For the customer master, there is a duty and a privilege for view only permissions.
Duty: "Inquire into customer master"
Privilege: "View customer records (financials)"
You can include the duty or privilege in custom configured roles.
