Business Portal - No Users?

Having issues with our current BP install (here) so I uninstalled BP (selected remove bp data from database), removed sharepoint, reinstalled IIS, reinstalled sharepoint, and reinstalled business portal. Everything seemed fine initially, but if I when to the BP site, then select Site Actions (top left) - Site Settings - Anything under Business Portal like Users, I could a page like this:

Is this a BP issue or a GP issue?

Did you get a resolution to this - if so, can you post the resolution to your situation and mark it as Answered.

There is value in having answered questions marked as such.

Did you figure this out? When you removed SharePoint, did you first remove the web application? In order to start fresh, you need to remove this web application.

Remember that BP only pulls data from GP and it isn't pulling this information from GP. I believe the issue you are having is you have not installed the Active X components on this machine.
