We have published on AppSource for an app but listed as /Contact Me/. This app was attempted to be installed in a Production environment via the extension management upload function. For DEV environments, there is no issue because it can be done via DevOps direct publish.
“An extension with same app Id 'xxx’ already exists in the AppSource marketplace with name 'yyy' and publisher 'zzz'. Please use the extension marketplace to install the extension from AppSource or use a new app Id for your per-tenant extension.”
What will the recommended approach to get this AppSource extension installed in a BC production tenant?
Or should we just list the app with /Contact Me/ with App ID#1 and create App ID# 2 for other client's tenant?
