How can we Create a Pick in "Warehouse shipment" to pick the quantity from lesser bins first then move on to next possible lesser bin?

How can we Create a Pick in "Warehouse shipment" to pick the quantity from lesser bins first then move on to next possible lesser bin? Below is the Screenshots with highlighting. Please suggest.

1.below you can see an example where in White location an item have different qty. in BINS

2. Created a pick from warehouse shipment.

3. The problem is 

I have ordered for 120 Qty.
The 118 Qty is picked from W-04-0013 bin and 2 Qty is picked from W-06-001 bin.

Whereas  The quantities should be picked from lesser bins first then move on to next possible lesser bin.
