Online CRM on Bizspark

Hi All,
Please note that we are members of Bizspark, and among the services that we need is the Dynamics CRM Online.
Our product is a core banking solution and it is designed fully integrated with Dynamics CRM and having the Online CRM available for us will enable us to demo the integration features which results in selling both CRM and our application.
We checked the Bizspark program and Online CRM is not part of this program and we were informed to work on becoming a "Microsoft Dynamics CRM App Partner".

How can I know the cost needed to become a "Microsoft Dynamics CRM App Partner", because i was checking on the internet and i could not find details on this.
Also i tried to download the playbook from the link
mbs.microsoft.com/.../dynamicspartnerplaybook.htm.
But we need to be a registered Microsoft partner before we can access PartnerSource.
Can you please help in this

Thanks

Joe

    Hi,

Its free to be in the Partner Network but to be authorised as a recognised ISV provider you will need to have atleast 3 Microsoft certified professionals in your organisation, the lowest Competency pack costs around £350 , The Next is Silver and then Gold Partnership. you can find out more here partner.microsoft.com/.../competencies

    Hi,

    Thank you for the feedback.

I will check the link, meanwhile please let me confirm with you my understanding:

1- to be in the Partner network is free, however does this entitles us to benefit from software download and usage free, software like Online CRM?

2- I opened the link, and when you click on any of the "Competency Details" buttons in any of the sections, it takes you the another link where you are offered 2 possibilities, Gold and Silver, which are paid, yes?

3-Hence as I understood, I can join the network, but I will not benefit from anything unless I become silver or gold, please correct my understanding; joining the Partners network does it entitles us to what exactly.

I will go into the details of the link you have provided me, and I appreciate if you can correct any misunderstanding I may have as per the above mentioned.

    Thanks

    Joe

    Hi Joe

    1) Partner Network does not provide Internal use Software, you will need to subscribe to a Competency such as Basic , Silver or Gold.

    2) Yes Basic, Silver and Gold are paid, the basic  Action Pack Subscription is the cheapest with lowest requirements

    3) Even if you do not meet the requirement to become Silver, You can Still subscribe to the Basic Action Pack Subscription which will give you Internal use rights similar to Bizspark, cost around £350 a year

    Hope that helps :)

    Best Wishes, Raz

    Hi,

I was checking the different links, is there anywhere a matrix that shows what each level (Basic, Silver and Gold) entitles us to get, the related requirements and benefits, and cost?

    Thanks
