Hello,

I am trying to get the Out of the box Business card Scanner to work but when try to upload the image all I got is "No capacity available, please check with your administrator." And this is from multiple environments.. Have anybody tackled this issue?

Hi Lu,

Just wondering when we are scanning the business card what kind of object detection logic it is using internally and do we have any option to customize that . For ex : In case of phone number not all the cards have Cell: Xxx-XXX-XXXX format some might have phone icon followed by number which in that case wont recognize the phone number. Please suggest.

Just enable AI and it solves the issue.

What specific role or privileges do we need to give end users for this to work. For me as an admin it is working now. Please suggest. Thanks

Hi partner,

This is a known bug. It will be fixed at 10/26/2019.

Before that, if you need to use Business Card scanner normally, please enable a free trial for AI builder for the tenant which will be valid for 30 days.

The following are the specific steps.

Sign-in with the account that needs to use business card in https://www.powerapps.com

On the left pane, click on AI Builder > Build

Click on “Start free trial” on the top notification bar
