I have a Campaign Activity with associated Marketing List and Campaigns. Whenever I am distributing the Campaign Activity I want that Phone Campaign Activity to be shared in a queue as well as in a team, and for that I am using Out of the Box functionality to assign the Phone call to a queue. I have checked all privileges of the team and the queue, and those have System Admin role. Whenever I am distributing the phone calls, I am seeing no phone calls are created in the system as well as nothing is being assigned in the queue and in the team. I didn't do any customization in this entity and no additional workflows or plugins written so that it could break the O.O.B functionality. Could you please tell me if I am missing anything in the process? Badly need your help.
