Problem in registering device to IoT Hub from Customer Assets and creating IoT alert in Connected Field Service.

Hi,

I am adding a new customer asset in field service and registering it to IoTHub by clicking on Register Devices button. After that the registration status remains in "In Progress" status. It does not give any error nor the status is getting changed to "Registered". The device gets listed in the Simulator as well as Azure. The simulator device also accepts commands sent by the CRM.  But when I increase the temperature beyond threshold, IoT alert is not being created in CRM. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks.
