I want to get orders in NAV 2017 by REST API and using basic auth. this solution is not working for me https://forum.mibuso.com/discussion/65684/httpclient-basic-authentication.

Please check have you enabled OData services on the NAV service.
And you are getting BaseURL as parameter but you are using URLstring to create webrequest. Is that fine?
OData Service is enabled. This code is neither working nor showing mw error. by debugging I check that authorization is failed
May be the information of username, password that you are uaing for authoruzation is incorrect. Verify it.
