Error 502 "Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server" when log in CRM 2016

Hello,

We can't acces to URL https://crm.gcport.getronicscore.com/CRM, the error 502 "Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server" happened.

Our servers is running, there are no error in the servers.

Other instances (UAT, DEV) works fine but productive not. (URL https://crmdev.portakabin.net/PortakabinUAT/ works fine)

Can you help un with this issue, please?

    This type of error comes when the domain is not resolving to the correct IP. Try to flushing your local DNS .This is similar to clearing your browser cache.

    You can also try to reload the page (F5 or Ctrl + F5) wait a minute and check again  . It could be that the server is simply overloaded and the site will come right back. While you’re waiting,  quickly try a different browser and check if it works.

    How frequently are you getting this error?

    Have you tried IISRESET?

    Try restarting Async sandbox service as well.
