Create Email from Process with Tracking and/or set regarding?

Hi guys,

I have this process that sends emails to CRM users once the have a lead assigned. One of them asked me if it is possible to make a link to the system or send the email with the options of "tracking" and "set regarding" active?

So they receive the email notification and from it click somewhere, to take them to the lead (in the Outlook-CRM or the web version).

Is this doable?

yes

I assume you are using a workflow to send them an email.

In the email you can add a url of the Lead record
