So Simple, but can't figure it out

I need help with something simple.  I am trying to print out a list of accounts receivable.  I have the list using SmartList, but I need the total amount of all accounts to be at the bottom.  I've searched everywhere and cannot find the option to total the amounts.  I know it can be done exporting it to Excel, but I don't know how to do that without manually putting in the function.

TLDR, how to total all accounts on a print off using SmartList

Not really what I am looking for.  Ok, in MS Dynamics GP, under SmartList, I want to create a report for the Stores department.  I have the Item Description, QTY on Hand, and Current Cost.  I need to find a way to add a column in SmartList that will multiply the Current Cost (Item Cost) and the QTY On Hand to create a Total Cost per item.  and them I need to display that on a doc with a subtotal at the end of the Total Cost to show the Total Costs of all items

    Hi,

The only way to do part of what you want is with SmartList Builder. You can create a calculated field to handle the Total cost per item, but to get a subtotal, you need to use Excel. To get both results, you can use an Export Solution with SmartList that will export to excel and automatically enter your calculated field results as well as the subtotal. You can create the Export Solution using just SmartList, without needing SmartList Builder.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
