FRx Runtime Error 9 exporting to Excel with formulas

We are on FRx Service Pack 11. We are getting "Runtime Error 9: Subscript out of Range"  error message when we export one particular report to Excel. We only get this error if we mark to export to Excel with formulas. If we uncheck that box, we do not get the error. All other reports export with formulas fine. Any ideas what could be causing this?

The headers and footers should both be reviewed.  I had the same issues with several of my reports.I don't know that it was the “/” character as this KB describes or the blank rows at the top as another KB describes, but on some of my reports, I had to completely remove the footers to get them to export without errors.

Searching again for remedies I saw this thread today.

I had tried the compacting databases,  altering trees and column and row formats.  I also have reports that export with formulas with same footer values.  Clearing and re-typing headers and footers even with the same or different values did not help

As Debbie suggested, I removed Footers from the offending reports.  Life is good again.

I had the same issue with Sage MAS 500 version of FRx and found that either removing the export to Excel with Formulas checkbox or removing the report footers provided a workaround.
