Dynamic worksheet with IFD

We are running Dynamics 365 on-premise, and have IFD enabled in order to integrate with our O365/Exchange Online server.  Since I've deployed IFD, any dynamic worksheets we export have the IFD url (i.e. orgname.domain.com) in the connection properties instead of our internal url (servername.domain.com/orgname), and therefore don't work.  They work if I go off of our network, but this isn't what we want.  We want everything to work while people are on site, with the internal url, and then not connect if they're not on site.  I tried changing the connection properties to reflect the internal URL, but just get an unspecified error.  (Note: dynamic sheets from before I put IFD on still work fine.)  How can I get these sheets to work, and to generate using the proper url?

Yes, I'm having exactly the same problem.  We're in the process of converting our on-premise to IFD.  Have already implemented in Dev, but finding any new Dynamic worksheets I produce from that deployment do not refresh, and reveal a "JavaScript Required" message in the hidden first 3 columns.  Very annoying, as our company are heavy users of dynamic worksheets.

This thread describes this as a known issue, and links to a page from Microsoft suggesting a couple of resolutions.  I've tried them, with intermittent success.

Noticed there was an update that hadn't been applied, so tried it (both on server and the local Outlook client, just in case) - no change in this behaviour.  Ah well, it was worth a try.  But confirmed now that I'm on the 100% newest version anyway.

Again, if there's anyone who's got an on-prem 365 install with IFD running, I'd really really appreciate it if you could quickly try a dynamics worksheet export and see what URL the connection is pointing to.  Haven't been able to find any way to change this behaviour, and it makes the sheets unusable.  Thanks!

Is there anyone else running 365 on-prem that has IFD enabled, that could maybe just do a quick check as to whether they're seeing the same behaviour?  It might help to know if this is something that's the normal behaviour or somehow specific to our setup.  Thanks!
