Operation in route

Is it true that Operation still has to be unique in the route? If you have several operations such as Turning, do you have to use Turning, Turning1, Turning2 etc. Otherwise does it add the same run time to all operations?

Could you please do a test on the same setup as I have? Using 2 operations with the same Operation text and changing the runtime ?
