Dynamics GP Web Client 2016 How to do customization at this version? what tool we use?

Good evening,

I need to know, what tool if necessary to customize and or modify GP Web Client 2016 application, by example create a popup list in a specific field.

    I think no new tool used for GP 2016. We can customize with using GP earlier version tools like Dexterity, VSTolls, Modifier.
