Management Reporter Access issue

Hi Expert ,

Facing a problem when connect to managment reporter in D365 Finance and operations during Edit and create a new report system throw an  following error 

I have used Microsoft edge browser howevr i have also used other browser too but not success , i have system admin right , my other colleage can access the managment report , is it any any issue related to my system which stop the service please explain 

moreover i can easily access workflow designer only facing an problem when connecting managment report designer

    Hi Mangno , i have checked with my infra team , they did it but i have still faced same problem moreover , i wonder why other user not faced such an issue

    Hi,

    Please view the MS official documentation, it mentioned the connecting error and troubleshooting, you can check it for reference.

    Hi,
     
    Looks like this is a time out issue and it could be because of caching issues on the financial data mart. Reset the Financial data mart and the caching should reset. Check out for binary updates as mentioned by @JG-30042239-0.
     
    A few questions:
    1. Which version of D365 are you using?
    2. Have you restarted the Management reporting services under services.msc?
