Before i never hared about "Open XML class".
Can you please let me know what is the use of Open XML class?

I've never heard of "Open XML class" either and unfortunately you forgot to mention when you saw it.
If you mean Open XML SDK, you would find github.com/OfficeDev/Open-XML-SDK if you simply put it into a search engine. Let me quote the readme file:

Extraction of data from Excel Files
Means Open XML class is use only for Server side only? To extract data from Excel.
Where you run the code is up to you.
It's a .NET SDK (as you can see if you open the link I gave you above); it has nothing specific to Dynamics AX.
It seems you've heard of it in How to import data into AX from Excel in the server side and interpreted the discussion incorrectly ("it can be used on server" vs. "is use only for Server side only").
