Hi there, when we convert a fixed asset using the purchase button in fixed assets, it creates the asset fine, but it doesn't remove it from the list, so it is still there next time when we want to create a fixed asset. Tools > Utilities > Fixed Assets > Purge Purchasing Transactions. That does not purge the transaction either.

Hi Travis,
I thought i posted this, but I didn't see it show up.
I've had this problem too. First, check your FA Company Setup and make sure the checkbox labeled 'Delete Purchasing Transactions Immediately' is marked.
Next, you'll need to go into SQL and delete the extra rows from the FA01100 table (the FA_AP_Post_MSTR).
