Approval workfkow in PowerApps

I trust you are well
 
Kindly assist me with the workflow for approval, the workflow must trigger when the user click update button on powerapps, 
 
Item update must approved by manager before the list updated, the items must go through 2 lists

    Hi,
     
    I believe that you can rely on a field change, for example, we have created two fields (Agent Approval & Manager Approval), and the WF you need to trigger must trigger on the Manager field result

    1. User Clicks "Update" in PowerApps
    • App submits item to ListA (Request list).
    • Set status: Pending Approval.
    2. Trigger Power Automate Flow
    • Trigger: "When an item is created in ListA"
    • Action: Start Start and wait for an approval (Type: Approve/Reject – First to respond)
    • Approver: Manager (can use CreatedBy.Manager or a lookup)
    3. Conditional Logic in Flow
    • If Approved:
      • Update or create item in ListB (Final list).
      • Set status in ListA to Approved.
    • If Rejected:
      • Update status in ListA to Rejected.
      • Do not update ListB.
    4. (Optional) Notify user via email or PowerApps that request was approved/rejected.
