What is API services on business central on premise?

Hi Expert,

 

We have an issue about the “Integrate APIs” in "API Setup" page, we are not sure what "Integrate API" is, and How to use "Integrated APIs" in D365BC, could anyone shed us some lights on it? if possible, could you please give us some examples?

    Thanks for your reply, I have one more question about if I am using Odata web service, do I need to enable APIs? it seems like it just used for connect APP?

    Correct. You don't need to enable APIs if you are just using OData services.

    If I am using Odata service, and I also enable Apis, is there any impact for my dynamics 365 business central environment?
