Hi,
I've created a number of custom fields in one environment. Is there a way to migrate or copy these custom fields to another environment ?
please note, I created these custom fields via the user interface.
There is an option to export the personalization .

Thanks but thats for personalisation - still have to manually create the custom fields in the target environment which becomes a pain for large implementations which have multiple environments.
Is there any specific reason for creating the custom fields in user interface rather than at the backend ?

There is no option provided in the standard application to move the custom fields from one environment to the other without moving the complete database. You can create them manually in another environment.
