Display different Entity list for different members in the Power apps Portal

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement where, as a portal user I should be able to select team members from the portal. I have displayed the team members using entity list as shown below,

When I choose to view the details, it should navigate to a web page (Utilization) where the details of the selected team members must be displayed. This detail must include the months and corresponding availability of the team member for that month and is different for different team members.

I should also be able to set different monthly availability for a team member for specific months. I tried displaying month and corresponding availability using entity list as shown above. But I am not able to display different details for different team members in the details (Utilization) page. Is there a way to achieve this?
