BC Update error : Update failed with an internal error FirstPartySync and is being investigated

Hi all, we are trying to upgrade BC online to version 22.2 but we get the following error:
Update failed with an internal error FirstPartySync and is being investigated. 
We have tried in different environments. There is no active cloud migration.
Any idea how we can deal with this?

    Hi, This is a Microsoft issue that needs to be submitted to SR for their assistance in resolving it.

    Hi Zhu. 
    It was indeed a Microsoft issue, which was resolved these days.
    I just tried today again: I rescheduled the update and it completed successfully.
