Any feedback will be appreciated. We have been working an open case with Microsoft, we have applied Microsoft recommened indexes, dropped any triggers, sent trace files to Microsoft, etc. The server is a beast, no lack of resources, performing test at night with -0- processes running except tool. No merging being done. What is your experience with running Item Number Modifier, is it slow? It is taking 1.5 hours to change 1 item number. Any suggestions on how to make it fast?
1) Need to change 4,200 items
2) Have 1.5 million lines in SOP open and 26 million in SOP history
3) 120GB database size
