When I export my leads data, some fields like email address, phone number are missing but I see it in advanced find. How can I easily rectify this?

    Hi,

Your exported file contains columns with empty values or it's not containing the columns ?

    Hi Ladey,

You can add columns you need to the view that you want export in advanced find.

    Here are steps.

By default the export functionality will only take fields of the active view into account, so we have to add additional fields to our view.

    1. Navigate to the main grid of Leads entity and Click on the funnel icon to open Advanced Find.

    2. Click Edit Columns to add columns to your view that you want to make part of your data export.

    3. Click Results

    4. Expand Export Leads and select type of export you want.

    5. Test.

Open the download excel, you can see two columns that I add just now.

    Hello Mehdi,

The export contains columns with empty values but these columns have data in advanced find before the export.

    Hi Lao,

I tried all of the steps above. Some columns in the export file have empty values.

    Hello,

Can you please share the steps you are performing to export Leads?

Also a screenshot of Advance Find and Exported File (with the columns having value but missing in excel)  would help to understand the issue.

    Thanks,

    Wahaj
