Is this possible, create a new role, assigned "SaveView by copying the functionality Built-in System Customizer" role and attach this role (newly created role) to Teams.

Yes you can defintely Save As and copy a view but you cannot restrict the view to just for a role using CRM Out of the box features
Any use who has access to Entity, wil have access to all the views.
There are couple of options you have
There are third party tools like this one, that hides the views based on role : archive.codeplex.com
Or You could create your own plugin to achieve the same
