Owning Team or Owning User is showing as (No Name) in advanced find

Posted on by 13,756

Hi Experts,

I hope someone can help me to understand this behavior - it may be out of the box but doesnt makes any sense. or do we have bug from MS on this?

in advanced find i cant see the owning user or owning team - even with Admin user- however when i click on it - i am able to navigate to that team without any issue. Any idea?

    Hey Kumar,

Did you ever find a way to get the Owning Team field to fill out with names instead of the "(No Name)" link? I am having the same problem.

    Thanks,

Hi Kasten - Yes the link is okay and i am able to navigate.

what i feel is these fields are internal to CRM - as end users have to worry about owner field only , hence it shows like this - only in reporting part it will be okay .

    again just a thought.

    Hello Rawish.

But the link is okay? You can access the team?

    Kind regards,

    Karsten

thanks for your response - however Owning team and Owning user field are autopouated by the system - if you have Owner as team - Owning team will be filled. If you have owner as a user - owning user will be filled.

what i am not getting is if data is there - why advanced find doesnt show it properly.

That's means your primary field data in Owning Team is not key in. Just key in the primary field and should be Ok.
