Jobs are not listening on download session

Hello gents,

I am facing a weird issue, when I am running incremental jobs from distribution schedule, jobs history is not appearing on download session form, but whenever I ran full sync jobs from channel database it appears on download session form.

Can anyone please help me out plz

Incremental jobs will create a download session only if there were any data changes after the last successful incremental push. Whereas Full sync will send all data irrespective of the change sets.

To check why no download session was created, use the history button in the Distribution Schedule screen. You will be able to see a session there if there was no incremental data change and it will say no data.

If you are sure there were some data changes and the incremental job doesn't pick it up, please raise a ticket with MS.
