Clean Favorites

Hello, i'm having trouble updating "My favorites" links  I right click on the option i want to clean or delete but it just doesn't . i keeps appearing.  even with administrator.  Is ths a database only option to clean the menus i pass to the Home Favorites Area?

    Hi,

    Which version of SL do you have?.

    On SL7 try this:

    • Right click on the option and select delete.
    • Close Dynamics SL and delete this folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Dynamics SL\MenuCache
    • Open Dynamics SL.
