    Which field you exactly want to change?

    Can you please share screen shot?

    This date is on survey welcome screen. I used Date Time piped data to insert this date.

    But I just need to show date only here.

    Any idea on how do we do that.

    Hi Arun,

    I wonder if you want the following steps:

    1. Go to Survey Form Editor and add a new field with Date and Time Type.

    2. Add the customized field into your form. Save and publish it.

    Hi,

    I don't understand the date format on VOC form that you mention. Could you share more details.

    If you would like to modify the VOC data form, you could go to Solution Explorer to modify the properties of main form the VOC configuration.

    the date format should follow the personal option setting. You can try to change there.
