MSCRMEmail Router Issue CRM 2011

I noticed that the sending of our emails stopped. That is why I looked first at the event logs, and found the above error. This is always showing every seconds or minute.

So I decided to restart the MSCRMEmail Service.

Gladly, this error stopped showing.

Unfortunately, another error showed but the sending of email resume so I am not sure if the error below is fine or not

Does anyone encountered the same issue above (the first image)?

What could be the possible cause?

    I have a MSCRMEmail router issue. I have a client that has been having problems with the email delivery for his CRM 2011 server. The problem is that no matter what the settings are, it still seems to be sending the emails out and not receiving them.I have tried changing the SMTP settings from the clients computer and from the server computer but nothing seems to work. You need to read more here now. I have tried changing port numbers, etc... all with no success.I am not sure what else to check other than trying different ports on both computers but I would like to know if there is anything else that might be causing this issue before spending more time trying to troubleshoot this problem.

    It could be that you have a simple setup where you use one account to process emails to all mailboxes, but the account you use does not have impersonate rights on exchange.
