Adjustments in the bank reconciliation

If we enter the adjustments for some charges like bank charges etc in the bank reconciliations ----> Adjustments window & save it, it doesnt update the balance if we check the inquiry report & the GL is not updated too.

My question here is that after reconciling that checkbook, will it update the balances in the reports as well.

Yes. The amount you entered in the Bank Reconciliation Adjustment window will affect your GL and checkbook balances after you reconcile the checkbook ID.
