Multiple Barcode on 1 Item Code

Hi!

I have set up product dimension color on item. Example 00000001 - Asus K42J Laptop which have different colors Blue and Black. Now, i want to add barcode number each item per color. How can i set this up 1 item code with different colors will have different barcode?

It is possible, this article mentions some of the options including barcodes per dimensions:

Hi Sir Vilmos,

I already check the link above but it does not meet my requirements. I set up 2 barcode with same Item Number but different color but it doesn't allow it. One of my requirements is that i can setup multiple barcode in 1 item number with different colors.

I have set up a test product, and could add different barcode for different colors just fine, same with GTIN:

Check your setup or data, since I can set this up without any issues. I would have a look at the table about what do you have there, since you are getting an exception for duplicate records. Maybe someone added the same value before you could save, or someone tried to import barcodes while you were editing it on the form.

I am using Color inventory dimension, from which one is the default on the product, and the other is obviously not since you can select 1 only. So this is not a limiting factor, check your setup and data.
